SHIPPING POLICY
Inspirational Designs By Dre is not currently partnered with any alternate production companies to deliver product(s) of your choice. Shipping is independently managed, which provides an advantage to deliver products with a strong focus on priority mailing. The shipping process depends on the available inventory and courier delivery service company (US Post Office, Fed Ex, or etc.).
Disclaimer: If the product is not immediately on hand, please allow an extended maximum of 7 - 14 business days for production and delivery (excluding Seasonal Holidays). The extended time would allow for professionalized poster or canvas printing, and canvas sketching if needed.
Please be aware of the product selection you choose during checkout. A confirmation email will be sent out and subsequently the second correspondence with tracking number applicable for your comfort once your order is completed from production. Payment must be paid in full before delivery. Majority of all United States addresses for mailing will have a tracking number associated with product. In cases where tracking is not available, communication will be highly recommended prior to shipping via email, and/or phone. Please expect handling courier fees on all orders.
REFUND POLICY
Inspirational Designs By DRE is created to ensure that all supporters are more than satisfied with selected products. If you are not pleased with your purchase from Inspirational Deigns By DRE website within 14 days of purchase and without any forms damage (marks, tars, scratches, or stains), you will receive a refund or replacement. For all other purchases outside of this site, or art show(s) with proof of purchase and point of sell by company owner, please contact your authorized re-seller for merchant guarantees.
